Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos Coventry is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for a memorable visit. This fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment rewards energy, hospitality, and strong people skills.

You’ll entertain guests and deliver high-quality service, ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient and welcoming. 18+ and right to work in the UK required.

As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests' experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your welcoming smile, enthusiastic greeting, and genuine care are the first impression our customers have of our business, making you an essential part of our team.

Skills & Experience Needed

To be successful in this role you’ll need a positive, can-do attitude with a real passion for entertaining customers and delivering an exceptionally high service as well as experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
