Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team based in central Leeds

This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience managing front of house reception duties.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm.

Salary of £26,000pa

The role:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to reception, offering a warm and professional welcome.
  • Coordinating events.
  • Maintaining the reception area.
  • Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring catering and refreshments are presented to a high standard.
  • Managing incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Completing all health and safety paperwork and procedures.
  • Liaising with security and workplace staff for smooth operations.
  • Receive training in fire marshal and first aid duties.
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high quality customer service.
  • Experience in a reception role, ideally within professional services.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level or proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Positive, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
