We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Leeds-based Facilities Management team. If you are highly organized and enjoy going above and beyond for people, this might be the perfect position for you.

About the role

As the first point of contact at our Head Office at Broad Gate, Leeds, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing front desk telephony, answering internal calls, and handling queries.
  2. Welcoming visitors, booking them in, providing meet and greet, and addressing their queries.
  3. Managing parking requests and assigning parking spaces for visitors.
  4. Coordinating meeting room setups, layouts, and refreshments (dependent on site).
  5. Ordering stationery, toners, catering supplies as needed.
  6. Checking first aid supplies monthly and coordinating with health & safety suppliers.
  7. Undertaking desk utilization reports 2-3 times a week.
  8. Collaborating with security to ensure security protocols are followed.
  9. Supporting the Facilities Manager with various queries and requirements.

Please note: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.

About you

You should be highly organized and possess:

  • Previous receptionist experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A friendly, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
