Job summary

Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels, is seeking a Receptionist to join the team in Longfield, Kent. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and coordinate with the Front Office for a seamless guest experience.

What will the role involve?

As a receptionist you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. In this role, you’re not just welcoming guests, you are crafting personalised experiences that make them feel at home, relaxed, and truly valued. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
