Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a passionate Receptionist for Ettington Park Hotel & Spa in Stratford-upon-Avon. This part-time role (3 days out of 7, 24 hours per week) offers a starting hourly rate of £13.50 plus service charge and benefits within a supportive hospitality team.

You will welcome guests, support the front office, and contribute to memorable experiences in a luxury setting renowned for its heritage and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.

What will the role involve?

As a receptionist you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service.

This is a part-time role working 3 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 24 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
