Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels – Ettington Park Hotel & Spa in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a passionate Receptionist for a part-time, permanent role (3 days out of 7). Start at £13.50 per hour plus service charge, with excellent colleague benefits.

You will welcome guests, manage check‑in/out, and support the Front Office team to deliver personalised service in our neo-Gothic house set in 40 acres. Prior luxury hotel front desk experience and familiarity with Opera or reservation systems are desirable.

• Experience in front office as a Receptionist in a luxury hotel.
• Proficient with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office; Opera is desirable.

What will the role involve?

This is a part-time role working 3 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 24 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

• You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable.
• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
