Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Health Club & Spa Manager for Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa in Kent. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional wellbeing experiences, maintaining luxury service and a premium guest journey.

The role focuses on safety, training, and commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll, with a 5-day work week over seven days. Competitive salary with service charge and excellent colleague benefits are offered.

What will the role involve?

As Health Club & Spa Manager, you will create an exceptional environment where members and guests feel welcomed, valued, and truly rejuvenated. With a passion for wellbeing and outstanding service, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards across the health club and spa.

You will drive operational excellence, champion team development, and identify opportunities to enhance the member and guest journey. A strong focus on safety, training, and commercial performance will ensure the successful delivery of departmental goals, while promoting memberships, treatments, and retail offerings.

Warm, approachable, and confident, you will build lasting relationships, foster a positive team culture, and combine a guest‑focused mindset with strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, and labour management. Above all, you will be passionate about creating a luxurious and welcoming experience that keeps members and guests returning time and time again.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
