CITB is seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Support Services Receptionist to join the NCC Erith team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, learners and contractors, creating a welcoming environment and supporting the Support Services Team with admin tasks.
Key duties include managing sign-in/out, coordinating meetings, assisting invigilation, handling mail, and processing deliveries. Weekend rota work may be required to meet centre needs.
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, and Fridays 8am to 3pm. There will be some occasional weekend work on a rota basis with time off in lieu.

Grade: TM1
Target Salary: £25,586 per annum
Additional Benefits: Outer London weighting allowance £2,650 per annum
