CITB in Inchinnan, Scotland, is seeking a proactive Support Services Administrator to join our team in Inchinnan. You will be at the heart of our training operations, delivering excellent customer service to learners, colleagues and visitors and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
The role requires careful planning, accurate data handling, and the ability to work with multiple teams across the college.
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 08.00-16.00 Friday 08.00 - 15.00 (5 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent
Grade: TM2
Target Salary: £28,784 per annum
