Job summary

Longborough Dental & Implant Clinic in Dorking is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist to join a friendly, professional team. The role is based at the PortmanDentex location in Dorking, with 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday) and shifts from 8:15am to 5:15pm on most days.

The position offers competitive pay and on-site parking. The successful candidate will have prior front-of-house reception experience, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills to provide outstanding patient

Qualifications

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting)
• Positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communications skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building relationships with patients and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations
• Answer calls, book appointments and coordinate with the team
• Support patient flow and handle administrative tasks efficiently

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, to join our team at Longborough Dental & Implant Clinic.

The essentials:

• Part time hours over 2 days
• Thursday 8:15am- 5:45pm & Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm
• Competitive pay: £12.88 per hour
• Free parking on site & locally
• Friendly & experienced team
• 6 surgery predominantly private practice offering general dentistry, hygiene, endodontics, periodontics, implants & Invisalign.
