Job summary

Portman Smile Clinic in Hailsham is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join a modern, patient-centered orthodontic practice. You will work within our nurse-led clinics, supporting orthodontists and therapists while delivering high-quality care in a friendly environment.

We welcome applicants with a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Training in orthodontics is provided, and you will contribute to a supportive team focused on excellent patient experiences.

• Qualified Dental Nurse with active GDC registration.

Typical shifts:Monday 7:45am to -17:15, Tuesday 7:45am to 17:15,Wednesday 7:45am-19:15 (late evening on weds), Thursday 7:45am to17:15

Competitive hourly rate from: £13.50 per hour

SpecialistOrthodontic practice,caring for both NHS and private patients

Modern and well-equipped surgeries,working alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists

Opportunity to work independently within ournurse-led clinics, and fully within your scope of practice

About you

A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration

A caring and empathetic approach, with strong communication skills

A team player who thrives on providing great service and building relationships with colleagues and patients

Orthodontic experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
