Job summary

Portman Dental Care is seeking a Lead Receptionist for Hockerill Dental Practice in Bishop's Stortford. You will lead our welcoming reception team and ensure smooth patient flow while delivering outstanding service.

Typical shifts include Monday-Thursday 7.30am-5.30pm and Friday 7.30am-3.30pm with a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 p/h. The role offers a busy, friendly environment at a convenient high-street location with free parking.

• Previous leadership experience.
• Front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting).
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised.
