Grosvenor Casino Cardiff is a fast paced, city centre venue bursting with energy and personality. As Head Cashier you will lead the cash desk, uphold security measures and drive outstanding customer service every shift.

This 24/7 role requires flexibility for night shifts and weekends; you’ll manage cash with precision, train a high-performing team, and ensure compliant operating procedures while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• History of accurate transactional work as a Cashier.
• Knowledge of cash desk legislation and procedures.
• Experience leading a high performing team.
• Current Gambling Commission PFL licence.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Skills & Experience Needed

• A history of accurate transactional work as a Cashier.
• A strong understanding and familiarity with all legislation and procedures relating to the cash desk.
• Experience leading a high performing team.
• A current PFL licence issued by the Gambling Commission
• Fantastic communication and social skills to ensure you excite and entertain all customers at all times.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
