THE PIG in the Cotswolds is seeking a Spa Receptionist to ensure our guests receive a welcoming experience. Your role encompasses maintaining cleanliness, assisting Therapists, and creating a comforting environment.

Job description

Location: THE PIG - in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, GL7 5EE

Salary: OTE £13.81 per hour, including tronc.

Hours: 27 hours over 4 days per week.

With five treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, nail room, outdoor heated hydrotherapy pool, garden terrace, and relaxation room. THE PIG-in the Cotswolds’ Fieldhouse is our space for wellbeing.

As a Spa Receptionist, our guests experience is everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible. You will ensure our guests feel comfortable, welcomed and informed about their booking.

Additionally, you’ll support the Therapists with replenishing fresh towels, stock and materials as required.

You will require an eye for detail in your day-to-day role. Ensuring the inside and outside areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining high standards throughout the day for our guests.

The Fieldhouse requires you to take pride in your work acting with discretion for our guests during their treatments and relaxation time.
