Hotel Indigo Cardiff is seeking a welcoming Receptionist for a fixed-term maternity cover. You’ll be the first smile guests see, handling check-ins and inquiries with warmth and efficiency from October 2026 for 10 months.

Join a lively team and become the local expert on brunch spots and sights, coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are met with a personal touch. A high-energy, customer-focused mindset is essential.

• Keep the front desk looking sharp and organised, setting up a welcoming space that feels like home.
• Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring rooms are ready and requests are met without a hitch.
• Surprise and delight guests by going above and beyond with thoughtful touches and personal service, making their stay memorable.
