You will handle check-ins, inquiries, and bookings, while sharing local recommendations and ensuring smooth operations across departments. The role suits a dynamic, guest-focused communicator who thrives in a lively hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first smile guests see and create a warm welcome.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and in-between with efficiency.
• Help guests with local brunch spots, sights, and experiences.
• Multitask across calls, bookings, and guest requests with a positive vibe.
• Keep the front desk welcoming and organised.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms.
• Go above and beyond to delight guests with thoughtful touches.
