Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management's Hotel Indigo Cardiff is recruiting a receptionist to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. The fixed term contract runs for 10 months, including maternity coverage, with start date October 2026.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage bookings, answer calls and assist guests to create memorable stays. We value energy, teamwork and a can-do attitude in a lively hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills, handling guest inquiries and coordinating with the team.
• Detail-focused and organised, ensuring reservations and check-outs run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs, and all guest interactions with a warm, professional approach.
• Manage bookings, calls and guest requests to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prep rooms and meet guest expectations.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guests' Cardiff experiences.
