Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management seeks a Receptionist for Hotel Indigo Cardiff on a fixed-term basis (10 months, maternity cover). You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and act as the local expert for brunch spots and sights, ensuring a memorable stay.

Join a lively, guest‑facing role that combines efficiency with exceptional guest service. You will coordinate with teams across departments, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and help guests feel at home from first contact.

• Master the art of multitasking: from answering calls and managing bookings to handling guest requests—all with a positive vibe.
• Keep the front desk looking sharp and organised, setting up a welcoming space that feels like home.
• Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring rooms are ready and requests are met without a hitch.
• Surprise and delight guests by going above and beyond with thoughtful touches and personal service, making their stay memorable.
