RESORT: Wychnor Park Country Club

LOCATION: Burton-On-Trent, DE13 8BU

HOURS: 24 per week

SALARY: £12.58 per hour

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team, working on a flexible shift basis with a range of benefits. This role offers opportunities for growth and success.

Reporting to the Head of Reception, the main duties include:

  • Checking guests in and out, handling queries, complaints, and requests, processing payments
  • Answering the switchboard professionally and promptly
  • Performing administrative duties and daily banking
  • Being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Performing ad hoc duties as requested by management

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive, 'can do' attitude
  • Computer literacy

The role requires 24 hours per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays, on a shift/rota basis. Own transport is essential due to the resort's location.
