Job description

Our Client is seeking a Receptionist in the Bristol area to join their team.

Location: Must live around the BS10 postcode area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reception Duties: Greet visitors, provide excellent customer service, direct visitors to the appropriate person or department, and provide Site H&S Induction to visitors and contractors.
  2. Administrative Support: Answer phones, handle incoming mail, keep the reception area tidy, maintain office supplies and equipment, and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  3. Event Support: Assist with planning and executing company events, coordinate catering, prepare meeting rooms, and manage on-site event logistics.
  4. General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised office environment and perform other administrative duties as needed.

Reporting to: Administration Manager

Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

Immediate starts are available. Ongoing temporary contact. Pay: GBP 12.50 per hour.
