About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and personable Front of House Receptionist to join our busy Workplace Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, playing a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
You'll support the smooth operation of the reception and meeting room areas, as well as provide general administrative assistance to ensure the workspace operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Maintain a professional and effective front of house reception service
• 
  Meet and greet visitors and manage visitor passes
• 
  Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• 
  Arrange transport (e.g. taxis) for staff and guests
• 
  Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting room standards
• 
  Coordinate catering requests and ensure timely service
• 
  Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage couriers
• 
  Provide general admin support to the wider Workplace Team

  Prior experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role in a professional, fast-paced environment
