Job description

As a Receptionist in the Guest Relations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a truly unforgettable experience whilst at the retreat. This varied role involves supporting the Guest Relations Manager in all aspects of business operation. You will be the first point of contact for all guests on site and will set the tone for a unique experience, so a natural flair and passion for hospitality are essential.

Responsibilities include working with the Guest Relations Manager and the wider hospitality team to deliver an exceptional experience, including but not limited to:

1. Checking guests in and out, becoming an expert in using the CRM system.
2. Leading and assisting with guest tours and on-site experiences.
3. Consulting with guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience, acting as a primary point of contact.
4. Liaising and collaborating with the hospitality and operations team to ensure the operational success of the business.
5. Promoting the company's values and ethos, becoming a true brand ambassador.

Package

• Salaries starting from £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
