Temporary Weekend Receptionist - Immediate Start


Location: Bridgwater
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role


We're on the lookout for a professional and friendly Weekend Receptionist to join a prestigious and well-established business in Bridgwater. This is a temporary ongoing position, starting immediately. You'll be the welcoming face and voice of the company, so previous receptionist experience and a confident, polite telephone manner are essential. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, we'd love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities



  • Answering and transferring incoming calls

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors

  • Handling general enquiries

  • Sending internal communications

  • Filing, scanning, and other admin tasks


Key Skills


This role requires an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills as you will be the first port of call for the telephone, being the initial contact for company clients, dealing with their queries.
