Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Bolton is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to greet members, handle queries and bookings, and ensure a premium experience both in person and over the phone. You’ll contribute to a welcoming environment and uphold brand standards at the main reception.

You will join a fast-paced team and help maintain a clean, well-presented reception area while delivering outstanding service to our members and guests.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members and manages their queries and bookings face to face and by telephone.
• Keeps the reception area clean, tidy and presented to brand standards.
• Provides a premium service to members and supports club operations as needed.
