Receptionist (Weekend) – Pebble Mill Care Home, 2 Mill Pool Way, Birmingham B5 7EG

Permanent position. Saturday and Sunday 9am – 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
  • Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries
  • Providing advice and support face to face and over the phone
  • Conducting show-arounds within the care home
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
  • Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
Qualifications and Skills

You’ll have experience as a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills. You’ll be friendly face to face and on the phone, approachable and organized, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families and internal teams. You are dedicated and efficient with the ability to handle a varied workload, and your caring attitude underpins everything you do to make a real difference to people’s lives.
