The Holiday Inn Basildon is a standout hotel within LGH Hotels Management, seeking a welcoming Hotel Receptionist to join the Front Office team. • Support guests throughout their stay by responding to queries and requests with care and efficiency
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails and reservations accurately and confidently
• Provide clear information about the hotel, its facilities and the local area
• Work closely with colleagues across the hotel to support a seamless guest experience
