LGH Hotels Management in Brentwood is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will be the first contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and a smooth check-in experience while answering queries with care.

In this role you will manage reservations, handle calls and emails, provide local information, and work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless stay. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.

The Opportunity
