LGH Hotels Management is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist for the Holiday Inn Basildon front office. You will warmly greet guests, manage check-in/out, answer queries, and assist with reservations to ensure a smooth stay.

In this role you will provide information about the hotel and local area, handle calls and emails, and collaborate with staff to deliver a high standard of hospitality. Experience in frontline guest service is preferred.
