Job summary

Senploy is recruiting a Reception Year Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis to start asap across Islington and nearby boroughs. You will deliver EYFS-aligned lessons, foster an inclusive classroom, and support early literacy, numeracy and social development.

Strong QTS and EYFS knowledge are essential, with excellent communication and classroom management skills. Salary is dependent on experience and paid weekly through PAYE.

Duties as Reception Year Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework

• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure pupil progress
• Maintain accurate records of pupil development and liaise with parents/carers

Ideal Reception Year Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching in Early Years or Reception classes
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil development
• Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
