Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking a Reception Year Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting November 2026. The school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment for ages 3-11 and is part of a multi-academy trust.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching within EYFS or Reception is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Excellent knowledge of child development and early learning.
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning opportunities.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
