Receptionist Role at a Private Equity Firm

We are seeking a Receptionist with 1-2 years of corporate experience to deliver an impressive front-of-house experience within a fast-growing, fast-paced private equity company based in Mayfair.

The successful candidate will support EAs and the Operations Team, assisting in streamlining processes and alleviating workload. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, creating a welcoming environment, and representing the firm's professional image.

Key Duties:
  1. Managing the reception desk
  2. Booking meetings
  3. Arranging travel and couriers
  4. Handling overflow and ad hoc tasks from EAs
