Job summary

Travelodge London Loughton is hiring a Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and assist with cash procedures in a friendly, supportive environment.

No experience is required as comprehensive coaching is provided; you’ll be part of a family-feel team with flexible hours and opportunities to develop further via Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the front desk.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Conduct regular fire and safety walks.
• Support wider hotel team as needed.
