Job summary

Travelodge London Bromley Town Centre is seeking a Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests to the hotel, check them in, perform cash handling duties, and help the wider team when needed.

No prior experience is required, and we will coach and teach you everything you need to know. We offer flexible working to suit everyone and a friendly, family-like team environment designed to support your development through Aspire.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Cash handling and basic banking procedures are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in.
• Handle cash transactions and banking procedures.
• Perform regular fire and safety walks and assist wider teams when needed.
