Job summary

Travelodge Hereford is looking for a friendly Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, handle cash and banking, and assist with safety walks. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You’ll join a fun, supportive, family-like team with flexible hours and the chance to progress through our Aspire Programme into management roles, while enjoying staff discounts and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and welcoming manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at reception and check them in.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Contribute to regular fire and safety checks.
• Support wider hotel team as needed.
