Job summary

Travelodge Cambridge Orchard Park is looking for a friendly Reception Team Member to join our full-time team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, and support the front desk and broader hotel operations, all within a supportive, family-style environment.

No prior experience is required as we provide coaching and training. This role offers flexible working options and opportunities to develop into management through our Aspire Programme.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and check them in.
• Process cash and banking procedures.
• Conduct regular fire and safety walks.
• Assist the wider team when needed.
