Job summary

Travelodge Cardiff Gate is seeking a friendly Reception Team Member on a part-time basis. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, handle cash and banking procedures, and support the wider hotel team.

No previous experience required; we provide full training. Enjoy a fun, supportive environment with flexible hours, staff discounts, and opportunities to progress through Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Strong communication and a friendly, helpful manner.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Assist the wider team and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Follow fire and safety walks and hotel policies.
