Four Points Flex by Sheraton Edinburgh is seeking a Reception Team Member to join our busy Edinburgh hotel, central and well connected. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals and departures, delivering exceptional guest service and handling front desk administration.

As our next Reception Team Member:

• You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
• You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
• You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
