Job summary

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Dundee is recruiting a Night Team Member to join our hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling arrivals, departures and interactions with warmth and efficiency.

You’ll deliver consistent, friendly service throughout the guest journey and promptly resolve requests in line with hotel policies, contributing to memorable stays for business and leisure guests alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to assist guests with requests and inquiries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the guest journey.
• Provide excellent guest service at the front desk and handle arrivals/departures smoothly.

As our next Night Team Member:

• You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
• You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
• You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
