Job summary

ibis Birmingham New Street Station hotel is hiring a Reception Team Member. This full-time position in Birmingham offers a salary up to £12.73 per hour plus benefits and opportunities for development.

You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations and payments, and promote hotel services while collaborating with other departments. You should be friendly, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment with flexible shifts

Located in the heart of Birmingham city centre, just moments from New Street Station, ibis Birmingham New Street Station hotel welcomes guests from around the world. We're looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Reception Team Member to join our team. This is a full-time role with a salary of up to £12.73 per hour plus benefits.

You'll likely be the first person our guests meet so you'll need to create great first impressions, deliver excellent service and help ensure they enjoy a smooth and welcoming stay.
