Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting a qualified Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in a Sutton Coldfield school. You will support 3 Reception pupils with a range of needs including communication and ASD, with personal care included.

The role requires Level 3+ TA qualification (NVQ/CACHE preferable), SEND one-to-one experience, strong EYFS knowledge, and recent primary school experience within the last two years. A safeguarding screening will apply.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ TA qualification required (NVQ / CACHE preferable).
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis.
• Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.
• Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years.
