Job summary

Aspire People is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Lancashire to recruit an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2026.

The role involves supporting teaching and learning in Nursery or Reception, delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions, and helping with phonics, early maths, communication and language activities while promoting play-based learning and strong social development.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Has recent experience (within the last 2 years) working in a UK primary school.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Experience delivering targeted interventions.
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
