Part-Time Reception Teaching Assistant Needed

Start Date: 30th September 2024
Duration: 5 Weeks
Hours: Part-Time 7:30am - 1pm, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic team within one of our lovely schools. This role offers a variety of responsibilities across the school day, including:

1. Breakfast Club Support (7:30am - 8:45am)
2. Reception Class Assistant (8:45am - 12pm)
3. Lunchtime Supervisor (12pm - 1pm)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support the class teacher in delivering fun and engaging lessons
2. Assist in the daily development of children in their early years
3. Help create a positive, nurturing learning environment
4. Work closely with children to provide individual attention when needed
5. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children

Preferred Qualifications:

1. EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Qualification
2. Paediatric First Aid
3. Experience working with children in Early Years settings
