An established educational institution is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting children in their learning journey, both in small groups and individually. The school is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic teaching assistant who is able to support teaching and learning throughout the whole key stage and is willing to take part in the life of the school. The successful applicant will be working with children either in small groups or on a one to one basis. This role is part time.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of working with children and young people of all abilities. The role will also involve supporting children out of the classroom, as well as supporting teaching and learning in the classroom. The post also includes pastoral care duties including lunchtime pupil support.
