A warm and nurturing primary school in Three Rivers is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children and helping them develop strong foundations for their education.
Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Assisting the class teacher with engaging, play-based learning activities
Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and development
Supporting children's communication, social and emotional development
Helping with classroom preparation and daily EYFS routines
Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND, where required
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Previous experience working with young children in a school, nursery or childcare setting is desirable
A caring, patient and nurturing approach
Good understanding of the EYFS Framework is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
