Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in school, nursery or childcare settings is desirable.
• Understanding of nurturing EYFS approaches and learning through play.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Assist the class teacher with engaging, play-based learning activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and development.
• Support children's communication, social and emotional development.
• Help with classroom preparation and daily EYFS routines.
• Support children with additional needs, including SEND, where required.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
