Reception Teacher | EYFS | November 2026 - July 2027 | Enhanced Pay Rates Available

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and highly regarded RC Primary School in Maghull seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their EYFS team on a maternity cover basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Teacher or an ambitious ECT with recent Reception teaching experience to secure a long‑term role in a supportive school environment.

The Role

• Reception Teacher (EYFS)
• Start: November 2026 & January 2027
• Part‑time from November to December 2026
• Full‑time from January 2027 until July 2027
• Maternity cover position
• Planning, preparation and assessment responsibilities included
• Competitive daily rates with enhanced pay available

The School Is Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within Reception/EYFS
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Ability to create engaging, nurturing and inclusive learning environments
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Experience with Little Wandle Phonics would be highly advantageous
