Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a part-time Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Abergavenny, supporting pupils in the Reception class with additional learning needs. The role starts ASAP and offers a long-term arrangement, with a patient, nurturing approach to help children engage and learn.

Experience with ALN and strong teamwork are valued, with on-going CPD and market-leading pay. The agency provides dedicated consultants and a straightforward onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or similar settings.
• Experience supporting children with ALN.
• Patient, nurturing approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs of children.

Responsibilities
