TeacherActive is searching for a dedicated ALN Teaching Assistant in Neath, Wales, to provide essential support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs in a primary school. This full-time position involves working with class teachers to ensure tailored support for each child, helping them achieve their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
• Ability to adapt learning to meet individual needs.
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient character.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
• Implement IEPs and support targets effectively.
• Monitor progress and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
