David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a personable Reception Supervisor to lead the Reception team and act as Duty Manager, ensuring a premium experience for members face to face and by phone.

You will mentor colleagues, uphold service excellence in a fast‑paced, welcoming environment, and contribute to an inclusive club culture across Bristol Westbury and beyond.

As Reception Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager in leading the Reception team to welcome our members and providing a premium experience. Working alongside the management team, you will lead and mentor the Reception team to provide service excellence to all of our members whether this is face to face, or through telephone queries.
