Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Reception Supervisor to act as Duty Manager, leading the Reception team to welcome members and deliver a premium experience. You will mentor colleagues, drive service excellence across face-to-face and telephone queries, and work with the management team to create an inclusive, high-performing culture where staff can thrive and develop.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a customer service led team.
• Passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Reception team to provide service excellence.
• Act as Duty Manager and oversee the Reception operation.
• Welcome members and respond to face-to-face and telephone queries with a premium touch.

As Reception Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager in leading the Reception team to welcome our members and providing a premium experience.
